情况介绍 | Dr. Khan Ph.D. is in Management Science & Engineering. She possesses rich teaching and research experience in the field of human resource management and organizational behavior. She has also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the school of Management, Jiangsu University Zhenjiang, China. Her research interest area includes leadership styles, Perceived Organizational Politics, Job attitudes, Personal/ Organizational Resources, personality traits, positive organizational behaviors, psychological well-being, human resource management practices etc. She is an adroit researcher. She has, to her credit, several publications in a wide spectrum of high-quality journals. She has also won excellent paper award in Postdoctoral Conference of Academic Forum of Jiangsu University China. Her Papers are published in prestigious conferences like Academy of Management (AOM) Proceedings, British Academy of Management (BAM) and European Academy of Management (EURAM).
